I gotta be honest, I was really surprised by the quality of this place. I’ve lived in Morristown for 43 years and this is by far the most quality food I have had so far. This is the best scratch kitchen restaurant I’ve been to in New Jersey. Every dish was so intentional, and an experience. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into each dish. Everything is made in scratch, so my dad loved the Branzino fish. I’m a huge pasta girl so I loved them as well, especially knowing they were handmade. I had the chance to eat at Cotto, and everything was perfect. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, and the whole vibe was amazing. Our waiter Aurora was so great, super attentive, incredibly kind, and really knew the menu, which made the experience even better. We just tried the brand new Cotto and the food was delicious. Our waitress Aurora provided awesome service, she was attentive, knowledgeable and offered a friendly service that made this a very special dining experience. The steak was cooked to perfection.
